Chris Guilfoose is a vert skater out of the Miami area and was in town a couple of months ago for a Vert Jam at the Skatepark of Tampa. I shot these photos for my Florida online skateboarding magazine, No Comply Skateboarding Magazine. As you can see from the photos, Chris likes to go BIG! Shooting photos up on that deck when Chris is skating is an intense experience!

I recently had the honor of having my Airstream Ranch Sunrise photo chosen for the inside cover artwork for BAAMO’s latest cd Tales of Highways & Low Roads. Bay Area Arts & Music Organization (BAAMO) is a great local organization that ” is dedicated to promoting Tampa Bay’s music and art to the rest of the country and the world.” Tales of Highways & Low Roads features 20 phenomenal tracks from 20 of Tampa Bay’s finest, that are perfect for any roadtrip. Details about all of the songs, bands, musicians, websites, contact info, etc are available here. The cd and album download are available for purchase now, but the official CD Release Party is April 30th at New World Brewery! A $10 donation gets you the cd or a download card and live music from 14 of the bands featured on the cd! Prints of the Airstream Ranch Sunrise photo will also be available for purchase at the show!

“Airstream Ranch Sunrise” Cover Shot!
First, I received news that my “Airstream Ranch Sunrise” photo was chosen as one of the top ten finalists in Creative Loafing’s Show Us Your Neighborhood Photo Contest. Then, I was informed that the photo was chosen for the cover of The Photo Issue that hits the streets today! All ten of the finalists that were chosen will have their photos exhibited this Saturday evening at Creative Loafing’s sixth annual Sensory Overload at the Glazer Children’s Museum in downtown Tampa. The winners of the contest will be chosen at the event that evening! Thank you very much to everybody that voted for my photo! Prints of the “Airstream Ranch Sunrise” are available for purchase:
